Considering a new piece of artwork or using an existing piece of artwork as inspiration? New artwork can transform your space and be created in the right size and colours you love. 

I only take on a limited number of commissions each year. When considering your budget, required size, and subject matter, keep in mind that commissioning art is pricier than purchasing. To provide you with more options, I create 2 artworks for you to choose from.

The Commission Process

1. Starting your custom artwork is easy. Just drop an to email annemarie@annemariecummins.com with your vision, past work references, or any photos you have, along with your timeline and budget.

2. I will present a formal quote and proposal, with a completion date and perhaps some inquiries for you. Following approval, a 50% deposit via direct debit is required. This initial non-refundable payment handles material expenses and reserves a spot in my schedule to craft your artwork.

3. Upon receipt of the initial down payment, the canvas is ordered and painting commences.

4. Halfway through painting, I email you progress photos for your approval. You're also welcome to visit the studio by appointment.

5. After your artwork is completed, I'll send you final photos for your approval. Please don't hesitate to share your thoughts if you love the painting!

6. I email you a request for final payment.

7. Once payment is received, I'll arrange delivery of your painting. This incurs a separate fee. I can also provide a quote for professional gallery art hanging services.
