ABOUT THE WORK
This artwork is part of the Aqua series and Fairy Bower Swim series. A swim and snorkel in Sydney's Fairy Bower - diving into waves, then out amongst the rocks, through the seaweed finding yellow tail fish, large bright blue gropers, jelly fish, a magnificent mother sting ray and her baby amongst other sea life. This painting reflects the beautiful colours of the sea and surrounding landscape of Manly beach.
Escaping reality to the underworld of the ocean is a great inspiration for creating art.
