ABOUT THE WORK
This work is inspired by walks along ocean on Australia's rugged south coast at Culburra beach, NSW. The swirling tumbling waves against the shore on stormy days. Culburra beach is known for it's protected sea birds who frollick around the area.
Abstract paint strokes, lines, scrapes, splashes and smears of paint reflect the organic nature and ever changing movement of the sea and beach.
